Storyline
Gina Kell's husband just passed away from cancer, leaving her to take care of their three kids all by herself. Grief-stricken, Gina has to figure out pretty quickly how to manage her family alone. A few short months later, Gina is asked by her pastor if she could help MICHAEL SPEHN cope with the loss of his wife to cancer, as he has to care for three children as well. Gina and Michael both take comfort in the fact that they are the only two people who seem to truly understand what the other is going through. The two of them and their six children quickly become fast friends, and it doesn't take long for Gina and Michael's friendship to blossom into a romance. When several members of their church congregation take issue with the relationship, it shakes their confidence in their judgment. They break up, but soon realize that when something is meant to be it's impossible to fight the hand that fate seems to have dealt them.
