David Oland

Born and raised in Vancouver, David Oland attended McGill University before graduating UBC Law in 2003 and being called to the bar in the Province of British Columbia.* With over ten years of experience practicing exclusively in the entertainment sector, he advises on all facets of the production process from development through physical production, delivery and distribution. As an experienced negotiator, David is able to meet the needs of major studios and independent producers alike. David also carries extensive experience dealing with Canadian tax incentive certification process and related financings.
