Jamie Goehring

Producer

Jamie Goehring

Jamie Goehring was born and raised in West Vancouver, British Columbia and though educated in Economics and Psychology, he has always had one dream: He wanted to make movies.

Starting from the bottom, he created for himself a comprehensive understanding of filmmaking.  In 2008 his dream began to take shape, when he produced his first movie for the SyFy Network. Since then, he and his company Lighthouse Pictures (formerly known as Pitchblack), have been very busy. In the last 3 years he has produced 8 pictures, including; "Gone" starring Molly Parker for Lifetime, and "Battle of the Bulbs" starring Daniel Stern and Matt Frewer for the Hallmark Channel, which garnered 2.9 million viewers -- one of the highest rated holiday films of the season.

In 2012, Lighthouse hit its stride producing films such as; "The Package", a feature starring Steve Austin and Dolph Lundgren, "The Wishing Tree" starring Jason Gedrick, "Finding Mrs. Clause" for Lifetime starring Mira Sorvino and Will Sasso, and "Twist of Faith", starring, in her film debut, 6-time Grammy Award winner, Toni Braxton.

Lighthouse continues to produce great films and currently has "The Trainer" and "Profile for Murder" for Lifetime in pre-production. Their attention to quality has made Jamie and Lighthouse one of the most sought after production companies in Western Canada.

Jonathan Shore

Supervising Producer, Distribution & Post Production

Jonathan Shore

Born and raised in Montreal, Jonathan Shore's career shifted paths when he arrived in Vancouver, nearly two decades ago.  Having originally traveled to Canada's west coast with the intent of putting his degree from McGill University to good use, an offer to work in Vancouver's burgeoning film and television industries came calling instead.

From his modest beginnings as a stock footage coordinator, Jonathan's experience in the B.C. film and television sectors has grown to include senior involvement in over 100 film and television productions. Prior to joining Brightlight Pictures, Jonathan was Director of Post Production with Shavick Entertainment, where he worked on projects such as "Finder's Fee" with James Earl Jones.

Jonathan's industry experience includes managing Post Production for feature films such as "White Noise", "Because I Said So", "The Haunting in Connecticut", "Fifty Dead Men Walking" starring Sir Ben Kingsley and "In The Name of the King".  His television credits, to name a few, include "The Guard", "Stormworld", and "About A Girl". He has worked with actors Kevin Spacey, Morgan Freeman, Kristanna Loken, Al Pacino, Nicolas Cage, and Elizabeth Banks, among others.
